The Partners

Kenneth S. Leyhane, (e-mail me!) received his MBA (Public Accounting and Taxation, May 1981) from Hofstra University and his BA from CW Post College. Prior to joining Fuller Lowenberg & Co., Mr. Leyhane was the tax manager at several regional accounting firms as well as accumulating several years of audit experience with the technical section of the Internal Revenue Service. He has lectured at various tax seminars for the Suffolk Chapter CPAs Tax committee as well as for other groups and organizations. As director of tax services at Fuller Lowenberg & Co., Mr. Leyhane is responsible for preparing tax savings and asset protection strategies for clients of our firm and assisting clients in implementing and administering them. He is also responsible for all governmental audits should they arise. Mr. Leyhane strives to provide timely and quality service to all clients of our firm. He has been active in local civic associations and currently serves on the finance committee and parish center facilities committee of his local church.

Howard A. Fuller, (e-mail me!) CPA, received his B.S. degree from C.W. Post College, Long Island University in May, 1976. He received his CPA designation in November, 1978. Mr. Fuller was employed for several years at a large regional CPA firm before becoming president of a $70 million real estate development firm. Mr. Fuller has a keen knowledge in the fields of retailing, distribution, health care services, law, insurance, real estate development, contracting and construction. Professional affiliations include the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Thomas C. Lowenberg, (e-mail me!) CPA, received his B.B.A. degree from Adelphi University in May, 1981. He received his CPA designation in May 1986. Mr. Lowenberg was employed for several years at a large regional CPA firm as well as numerous years serving in the capacities of treasurer and controller of two major corporations on Long Island. Mr. Lowenberg has vast experience in the fields of real estate development and construction, contracting, leasing, homeowner and condominium associations, computer system installations and other personal service entities. Professional affiliations include the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Lowenberg also serves on the boards of various non-profit organizations and charities throughout Long Island.
